Extremely Impressive.

Simple, and mellow. Small 3-D flash effects with FBF. I was still adoring his adorable figure.

Once I got over that, I had a background painting itself to entertain me with a more intricate song.

Then all hell brakes loose and the song has more beats and the animation gets very smooth. I can definitely say congrats on the win. You deserve it.

Oh No Spoiler Alert! :C

Now I know what happens in that movie.. and I really wanted to watch it.
You ruined a potentially good day for me thanks a lot.

I knew I should have watched it ten years ago. I thought I had so much time to get around to it.

You've never seen Ghostbusters? Dude, what is wrong with you? Stop what your doing, and go rent it now.

What.

Amazing music video. Animation was fluid and attractive. You stayed in your color scheme and kept me interested. It didn't make much sense. and the song wasn't that good but I did like the vid.

Kuoke responds:

Entertainment in it's simplest form : meaningless.

Pretty Impressive!

The Middle part was less quality than the other two, but the graphics + animation in the first and last was beyond standard for a time trial. I enjoyed this contribution by the BackAlleys very much :)

Wow Buddy!

Extremely Impressive Movie.

Seriously that was a crazy-good. I wish I was there to help you color and I am glad you had inspiration to continue with flash because I thought you were stuck somewhere lol. (I couldn't talk to you on Skype for like 2 months and then I lost my comp for 3 more months)

Anyway Im glad you had a lot of support man! That was a fantastic short, animation was smooth. The Music by Andrew fit perfectly, and Dmac does an awesome job like always.

Another Flick By The Edd

Made me laugh a few times, but it seemed rushed and parts of the story were a little off but that's kind of what I expected from an Eddsworld movie ;)

Spoiler-
(Like why Zanta would antagonize them to go to the north pole, pull a few stunts, let them arrive AND THEN finally decide he wants to shoot Santa with a Zappy Gun)

It's still a cute christmas short worth watching.

eddsworld responds:

haha you have a point there, i guess Zanta isn't the evil genius he is cracked up to be. xD

WOW COOL.

That was one of the better collabs I have seen. Most of the transitions were consistant and of a similar style, so much that I could not tell that another author had created the next morphing object. The only reason that it is a 9 and not a 10 was the Two or Three morphs that stood out and lacked the same paint width and quality of the previous frames.

TheBoogley responds:

fair enough, you've got us there. :)

I wanted to hate this series.

Not sure why, but I really wanted to not like this series from the beginning. Maybe it's my own problems of completing a series or even a pilot for that matter, or it could be that it would be another thing to have to wait and see the next episode for. Either way I just couldn't do it.

Backgrounds were all lined with appropriate perspectives and colored pretty well. The characters for the boys looked pretty similar just with a few color changes, but nothing too serious. Animation was pretty smooth and had some cool effects. Humor was great, a few jokes had been done before but I think you still used them effectively.

The only real problem I had was the voice acting and volume. Some people would mumble and talk really low in volume so Ii would turn up the volume and then everyone starts screaming and I quickly turn the volume down. It happened almost continuously, I would make sure next time to either lower the music volume or bring up the Voice.

Pixmintro responds:

Thanks for the indepth review, honestly, the reason why some of the volume with the voices may be a little screwy is because all the lines were recorded at about 15 different times with 7 different pieces of equipment pretty much. It's definitely an improvement over the previous episodes though. I'll hopefully get it right next time. But I did do a little bit of decibel checking and the cut-between-talking-and-screaming is actually fairly close. It just kind of tricks you though. :)

Also, I've got faith in you. Get that freaking pilot out!

Republicans can laugh too.

I found this very funny and a great animation. The effects were pretty awesome, and the song was great. I did find the voice to be pretty far off for an impression, but no matter as the voice was much more creepy and fit the theme of schizophrenia.

Fantastic.

Not only have you shown your animation talents of your adorable style, you showed you could animate atmospheric effects just as well.

The colors of the room alter as evil enters and when the lights are off it's dim and shady but when they are on you feel safe and secure (Which is when, I think, you should have gone for a cheap spook)

You animated the boy's shading in the moonlight and it really got my attention that you know exactly what you are doing. Great work, the humor is always a bonus.

I'm an old fart who farts.
