3)To keep myself motivated I have to imagine the final product and think of ways to make it better. If I don't have control of the project I usually lose motivation very fast. It's never something small either, usually it's very ambitious.

So i can ask you anything huh? Well i've always wanted a truly honest opinion about my art.... So head to my page check out my art and tell me what you think about it and if i'm scout worthy. I ask others and they just answer too vaguely....Be honest!
I'd say you are currently not "Scout Worthy" if I knew what scoutworthy was. I know you do, like all other artists, need lots of practice. My recommendations would be to find inspiration and drawing techniques from examples outside of Anime. I noticed you had a lot of Naruto/etc influences but I would definitely try and mimic some other styles out there, particularly on Newgrounds.
You aren't very good but that's how everyone starts out (I still don't think Im that good btw when I see the art people are putting out in the portals)
All lovely answers. I tend only to try and make big ambitious things anymore. That's probably why I haven't submitted anything to Newgrounds since my last two piles of crap.

There are stages
First stage is fear, intimidation, and panic.
When you realize it's impossible to undo your actions, you begin to react qucikly thinking of ways to hide it.
When you get away with murder you feel accomplished and intelligently superior. You have this intense aura of power surrounding you that subconsciously alerts people that you are not to be fucked with.
