How exactly do you get the pixel tool in flash? I have CS3... is that my problem?

Once you download it, you go to Tool Bar preferencesor something and it should allow you to add dropdown menu buttons to some of the tools like the paintbrush.
Also CS3 PEOPLE, Save it as a flash 8 File.
